The Ozone Edge is truly a kiteboarding masterpiece for 2011. Ozone has taken its very popular Edge design and bought it to new heights. A revamped kite sail construction and control CONTACT bar system are only a few of the many changes for the EDGE. The Sail features five struts which make the 2011 Edge lighter and more flexible. This gives the Edge its ability to fly in lighter winds and zoom upwind. Other than performance the kite is also made more durable. No one wants a torn sail or even worse a popped bladder. What an improvement

I received the new 11 m edge yesterday and got to try it out yesterday on 12mph condition for 1.5hrs. I got plenty of power. Kite is very smooth with similar bar pressure to the C4 model. I probably can ride this in 8 to 10mph wind. Did a lot of unhooked moves. I did not have my good Mana board to test the kite. I think it is an excellent kite. Definitely I like it way better than the old version of the Edge model.
