I am a big guy and this board is great for skimming and wave riding. If you are a little guy, however, this is not the board for you because this board runs about 2 inches wider and 4-8 inches longer then most other boards. but for the price triple x is great. Also to add. I have used my board in really shell and rocky shores. the board came out with only minor scratches and is still in pristeen riding conditions
