Quick Glo FINE Metal Polish and Cleaner

Quick Glo is primarily a water based metal polish. It was created in 1957 to provide an Eco friendly solution to the harsh metal polishes that require gloves. It turns out that in that Chicago based garage Quick Glo was a non-toxic, creation that was also useful as an all-purpose cleaner for numerous surfaces.

Quick Glo is a pumiced based cleaner which is better than the competition which uses cheap harsh sand. Another advantage of pumice is that breaks down in smaller and smaller particles allowing it to polish while cleaning the surface. The Pumice is mixed with water and wax. The wax element is another advantage to Quick Glo because it coats the metal micro cracks and damage. This wax coating keeps rust away from returning, which other polishes seems to bring back the rust back faster and worse than before.

There are two versions of Quick Glo Original and Fine. Quick Glo Original will clean most hard surfaces such as brass, chrome, stainless, sinks, glass and even whitewall tires. When you have rust and oxidation it will clean it. Quick Glo Fine will clean softer metals and surfaces better than the Original formula. It is far less aggressive and keeps you from dulling and scratching.
