This makes the Indo Board Original Balance Board great for indoors as well as out. While many board sports enthusiasts will enjoy this balance board, the basic goal is to ride the Indo Board as long as possible without the board touching the ground. The Indo Board Original was designed for fun while exercising the core muscles involved in balance. There are many moves and tricks you can learn on this model so it’s not just for beginners.
